SURVEYOR (DR.) OLATUNDE KEN-SALEM ONOSOSEN

Surveyor General

A native of Ijebu-Ife in Ijebu-East Local Government Area of Ogun State. He was born on 1st July, 1969 in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He had his secondary school education at the renowned Baptist Boys’ High School, Abeokuta (1981-1986).

SURVEYOR (DR.) OLATUNDE KEN-SALEM ONOSOSEN, SURVEYOR-GENERAL

Surveyor Onososen is a native of Ijebu-Ife in Ijebu-East Local Government Area of Ogun State. He was born on 1st July, 1969 in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He had his secondary school education at the renowned Baptist Boys’ High School, Abeokuta (1981-1986).

He joined the Ogun State Civil Service in 1989 as a Senior Technical Assistant-in-Training, and with focus, resilience and crave for personal development, hard work, and success, he has acquired multiple academic qualifications including Doctor of Science (D.Sc) Honoris Causa (2018) Commonwealth University, London, Master Class Certificate in Business Management and Leadership (2018), MBA, Marketing (2012), M.Sc. Geographic Information System (2010), Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (2010), Professional Diploma in Surveying and Geo-Informatics (2006), HND Land Surveying (1997), OND Lands Surveying (1994), Advanced Cartography Certificate (1991).

His broad experience and education has empowered him to develop skill sets and knowledge in diverse areas of land surveying, geospatial analysis/GIS, remote sensing, management and leadership.

He has been involved in and chaired several committees in the Ogun State Civil Service as well as the Bureau of Lands and Survey.

He is a member of the Nigeria Institution of Surveyors, and loves travelling and singing.

Surveyor Onososen is happily married with children.

ESV FATAI ADEBAYO ADEBOYEJO

Director, Land Services

A graduate of Estate Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria in 1993. He obtained an MSc. in Housing Development and Administration from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria in 2008.

ESV FATAI ADEBAYO ADEBOYEJO, DIRECTOR LANDS SERVICES

ESV Fatai Adebayo Adeboyejo is a graduate of Estate Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria in 1993. He obtained an MSc. in Housing Development and Administration from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria in 2008.

He became a fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in 2010, and a registered Surveyor with Estate Surveying and Registration Board (ESVARBON) in 2013. He also obtained professional diploma in Development Administration. He is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria (ICMC). He has attended several trainings in Land Economics and Housing Development in Nigeria and the USA.

Mr Adeboyejo is a member of National Association of Home Builders, Washington, USA and currently the Vice Chairman of the Ogun State branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

He is happily married and bless with children.

MRS. OKULALU ADEDOYIN ADEDAYO

Head, Acquisition & Compensation

Mrs Adedoyin Okulalu born in Abeokuta, Ogun State, attended Abeokuta Girls Grammar School in Ogun State. She proceeded to obtain a National Diploma certification in Estate Management from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ogun State (MAPOLY) in 2002. She is a graduate of Estate Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State Nigeria in 1998.

MRS. OKULALU ADEDOYIN ADEDAYO

Mrs Adedoyin Okulalu born in Abeokuta, Ogun State, attended Abeokuta Girls Grammar School in Ogun State.

She proceeded to obtain a National Diploma certification in Estate Management from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Ogun State (MAPOLY) in 2002. She is a graduate of Estate Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State Nigeria in 1998.

Mrs Okulalu has worked in the banking sector before joining the Ogun State Civil Service in 2010 and currently the Head of Acquisition and Compensation. Her hobbies are reading, travelling and meeting people. Mrs Adedoyin Okulalu is happily married with children.

MR. BABAJIDE ADEYEMI ADEJUMO

Director, Administration And Supplies

A graduate of Political Science from the University of Ibadan. He was born in 1971, and joined the Ogun State Civil Service in 2000 as an Administrative Officer.

MR. BABAJIDE ADEYEMI ADEJUMO, DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION AND SUPPLIES

Mr Babajide Adejumo is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Ibadan. He was born in 1971, and joined the Ogun State Civil Service in 2000 as an Administrative Officer.

He was deployed to the Bureau of Lands and Survey in 2019 to head the Department.

Director, Finance And Accounts

A seasoned Civil Servant with the core objective to contributing to the development of the Public Service and the entire governance of Ogun State in terms of Service delivery in the most efficient and equally adding value.

MR RUBEN OLAOLU OLUFEMI SOLANKE

Mr Rubeal Olaolu Olufemi SOLANKE is a seasoned Civil Servant with the core objective to contributing to the development of the Public Service and the entire governance of Ogun State in terms of Service delivery in the most efficient and equally adding value. He is an Egba man from Abeokuta South Local Government Area of the State.

SURV. OLADELE EWULO

Director, Planning, Research Statistics And GIS

Attended Archbishop Aggey Memorial Secondary School, Mushin, Lagos as well as Awe High School, Awe, Oyo State from whence he gained admission for his OND program to study Land Surveying at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.

SURV OLADELE EWULO, DIRECTOR PLANNING/RESEARCH/STATISTICS AND GIS

Surveyor Oladele Ewulo attended Archbishop Aggey Memorial Secondary School, Mushin, Lagos as well as Awe High School, Awe, Oyo State from whence he gained admission for his OND program to study Land Surveying at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He had his HND also in Surveying at the Federal School of Survey, Oyo town, Oyo State in 1997.

In his crave for academic excellence and pursuit; he enrolled at the University of Lagos to study Surveying and Geoinformatics and graduated in 2001.

Below is a summary of his academic qualifications:

2012: Master’s of Science (Surveying & Geoinformatics), University of Lagos (In View).

1997: Ordinary National Diploma (Land Surveying), Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.

2001: B.Sc. (Surveying & Geoinformatics), University of Lagos.

Prior to joining the Ogun State Civil Service in October 2004, he has worked in various surveying companies, and garnered skills and experience in surveying as well as handling of survey equipment and tools.

He has worked at Bureau of Lands and Survey at different levels and grades till he rose to the position of Director of Planning, Research, Statistics and GIS in 2018.

Surveyor Ewulo is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Surveyors.

ESV ADEDEJI MICHAEL ADEWALE

Director Land Management

Born over four decades ago in Abeokuta, Ogun State Nigeria. He obtained a National Diploma in Estate Management in 1998, and proceeded to the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) where he graduated with a Second Class Honours (Lower Division) in 2005.

ESV ADEDEJI MICHAEL ADEWALE, DIRECTOR LAND MANAGEMENT

ESV Adewale Michael Adedeji was born over four decades ago in Abeokuta, Ogun State Nigeria. He obtained a National Diploma in Estate Management in 1998, and proceeded to the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) where he graduated with a Second Class Honours (Lower Division) in 2005.

He is an elected member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). And equally registered by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). He is therefore entitled to the appellation ESV ADEWALE ADEDEJI ANIVS, RSV.

ESV Adewale is currently the Director, Land management in the Bureau of Lands and Survey, Ogun State.

ESV. OMOBO OLALEKAN OLALEKE

Director, Land Ratification.

Attended the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State where he had his National Diploma in Estate Management and proceeded to Yaba College of Technology. Yaba, Lagos for his Higher National Diploma in Estate Management. He then studied and had a Bachelor’s in Estate Management from Crescent University, Nigeria.

MR. OMOBO OLALEKAN OLALEKE, HEAD, ACQUISITION AND COMPENSATION

Mr Olalekan Omobo is a seasoned land administrator spanning over 15 years. He hails from Sagamu, in Sagamu Local Government Area of Ogun State.

He attended the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State where he had his National Diploma in Estate Management and proceeded to Yaba College of Technology. Yaba, Lagos for his Higher National Diploma in Estate Management. He then studied and had a Bachelor’s in Estate Management from Crescent University, Nigeria.

Mr Omobo has worked in various private organisations before joining the Ogun State Civil Service in 2006 as an Assistant Estate Officer, and currently the Head of Acquisition and Compensation.

He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), member of Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), member Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Associate member Institute of Chattered Mediators and Conciliation (ICMC).

MRS. MARIAM BOLANLE ADEMOYE

Chief Deed Registrar

Joined the Ogun State Civil Service in 1992. She has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Diploma in Law. Her quest for knowledge and quality improvement encouraged her to pursue further qualification in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution in a university in Nigeria.

MRS MARIAM BOLANLE ADEMOYE, CHIEF DEED REGISTRAR

Mrs Mariam Ademoye joined the Ogun State Civil Service in 1992. She has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Diploma in Law. Her quest for knowledge and quality improvement encouraged her to pursue further qualification in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution in a university in Nigeria.

She is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and currently she is a two-time Financial Secretary of the NIM, Abeokuta Chapter.

As part of personal development and skill set improvement, she has attended several workshops and conferences organised by the Government and professional bodies.
